An unnamed Massachusetts man was arrested after reportedly operating an unregistered motor boat while under the influence. The Telegraph reports that Environmental police spotted the mans catch while patrolling a canal in Boston.
The man was detained with 122 black sea bass while intoxicated operating his unregistered boat without a fishing license. The legal limit of Black Sea bass is 8 per person to prevent over fishing, leaving him with 114 over the daily limit.
Police are said to have donated the fish to charity.
